Why photos are not always enough

Marine finishes age unevenly. Lighting, camera white balance, texture, and nearby panels can make a photo look different from the vessel in person. Inspection helps plan an appropriate color approach.

Setting careful expectations

BCS gives careful attention to color and finish, but does not guarantee perfect or permanent color matching. Outcomes depend on substrate condition, aging, materials, and the agreed repair scope.
